- 10Collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- 11Adapts to high-pressure environments with reliability
Requirements10
- 1Smart Serve Certification is a requirement
- 23+ bartending experience in high-volume cocktail driven settings
- 3Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments
- 4Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- 5Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- 6Degree or diploma in Hospitality WSET or equivalent preferred
- 7Full-time availability for days nights weekends holidays
- 8Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 9Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- 10Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
