What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and serve premium coffee drinks teas and specialty beverages with precision
- 2Operate Square POS for seamless order processing and cash management
- 3Provide exceptional customer service through engaging interactions and attentive support
- 4Maintain immaculate café environment ensuring cleanliness and organization
- 5Handle accurate cash transactions including register balancing
- 6Follow rigorous food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- 7Assist in food preparation tasks such as serving baked goods and light snacks
- 8Manage time efficiently during peak periods to guarantee timely service
- 9Support team members to foster a positive work atmosphere
- 10Demonstrate strong time management abilities under pressure
- 11Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven experience with POS systems and food safety standards
- 3Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and food preparation techniques
- 4Excellent customer service skills for diverse clientele
- 5Basic math proficiency for sales transactions and cash handling
- 6Attention to detail when managing registers and orders
- 7Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
