What You'll Do7
- 1Clean lobbies, offices, restrooms, and common spaces using industrial cleaners and disinfectants
- 2Operate floor buffers and industrial vacuums to maintain spotless floors and carpets
- 3Handle chemical agents per chemical safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination
- 4Lift supplies, furniture, and equipment using safe manual handling techniques
- 5Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly, including doorknobs, counters, and railings
- 6Perform minor maintenance such as touch-up painting and light repairs to keep the facility in top shape
- 7Store cleaning equipment properly after each use and report any maintenance issues
Requirements7
- 11+ years in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with janitorial duties
- 2Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety
- 3Ability to operate floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools
- 4Strong manual handling skills with safe lifting techniques for heavy objects
