What You'll Do6
- 1Greet each guest with a friendly, upbeat demeanor to set a positive tone.
- 2Bake and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's products to brand standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- 3Operate the register and handle cash accurately, processing transactions with speed.
- 4Keep the bakery clean, stocked, and organized, from prep areas to front displays.
- 5Work shoulder-to-shoulder with team members to deliver seamless service during rush periods.
- 6Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including TB clearance and food handler certification.

- 118+ years old to comply with food service regulations.
- 2Flexible availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- 3TB clearance as required by location.
- 40-1 year of food service or retail experience preferred.
- 5Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active for full shifts.
- 6Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including ovens and walk-ins.
- 7Basic math skills for register accuracy.
- 8Comfort with POS systems and modern register technology.
- 9Current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- 10High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
