Overview

- 1Build and maintain production schedules using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design and execute baking operations for breads pies cakes and pastries
- 3Scale ingredient usage based on forecasted demand
- 4Drive quality assurance through proper food preparation standards
- 5Own inventory management by tracking waste and shortages
- 6Scale customer service interactions while maintaining calm efficiency
- 7Ensure sanitation compliance with OSHA standards
- 8Follow glove and protective equipment protocols
- 9Maintain clean display equipment and workstations
- 10Resolve customer complaints with professional solutions
- 11Assist supervisors with shift coverage and production adjustments
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Previous high volume food production experience
- 3Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and safety regulations
- 4Ability to follow production schedules under pressure
- 5Strong communication skills for customer interactions
