What You'll Do8
- 1Provide safe, engaging care for children, including infants through elementary age, in family homes across the Denver metro.
- 2Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning and play, from crafts to outdoor games.
- 3Support daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for each child.
- 4Communicate clearly with parents about their child's day, sharing updates and addressing any concerns in real time.
- 5Leave homes tidy and organized, resetting spaces after activities and meals to keep a clean environment.

- 7Adapt quickly to different family dynamics and household rules, providing a seamless experience for parents.
- 8Use your CPR and First Aid training to respond confidently to any minor incidents or emergencies.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- 22+ years of childcare experience, including babysitting, nannying, daycare, camps, or church nursery.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.
- 4CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification during onboarding.
- 5Live in the Denver-metro, Boulder-metro, or Fort Collins area.
- 6Availability 1-2 days between Monday and Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
