What You'll Do15
- 1Serve as point of contact for assigned client accounts
- 2Manage day-to-day servicing needs including policy changes and audits
- 3Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
- 4Conduct policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage
- 5Handle renewals and retention processes from start to finish
- 6Coordinate with producers and underwriters to obtain competitive coverage options
- 7Support agency retention efforts through consistent high-quality service
- 8Work closely with underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage terms
- 9Prepare and submit accurate applications with supporting documentation
- 10Monitor underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance
- 11Maintain accurate client records in Applied EPIC
- 12Assist with customer claims and process payments
- 13Collaborate with producers and account managers
- 14Identify opportunities for process improvement
- 15Onboard new accounts and assist with licensing requirements
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 3 years customer service experience in insurance or aviation
- 2Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on relevant fields
- 3Equivalent industry experience may substitute for degree
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5High level of organization and attention to detail
- 6Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- 7Client-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- 8Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance agency systems
- 9Compensation starting at $55,000 with performance-based increases
