Automotive Store Manager, Meineke & Repair Operations
Overview
You will own daily operations at a high-volume Meineke repair center in Denver. You will lead a team of technicians and service writers, drive repeat sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work with Shop Management Software, POS Systems, and Diagnostic Tools to streamline workflow. This role offers a $85,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonus, and a path to long-term growth with a franchise leader. You will report to Operations Managers and receive support from a corporate team focused on your success.
What You'll Do8
- 1Own daily store operations, from opening to closing, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- 2Lead your team of Technicians and Service Advisors to hit sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- 3Drive repeat sales by building customer relationships and executing follow-up processes.
- 4Resolve customer complaints with a focus on long-term retention and positive reviews.
- 5Manage inventory levels for Parts and Supplies using Inventory Management Systems.
- 6Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- 7Train and develop staff on Automotive Repair Techniques and customer service best practices.
- 8Analyze store performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Writer.
- 22+ years of experience managing or supervising a team.
- 3General knowledge of Automotive Repair, Diagnostics, and Preventative Maintenance.
- 4Proven record of meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- 5Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- 6Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
