What You'll Do9
- 1Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using function-based strategies to address client needs
- 2Collaborate with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
- 3Maintain detailed records and session notes for clinical and insurance purposes
- 4Assist with daily living activities such as feeding dressing and mobility support
- 5Support participation in social skills groups like Minecraft and Dungeons & Dragons
- 6Contribute to curriculum development and training initiatives
- 7Participate in monthly in-house trainings and obtain Safety Care certification
- 8Pursue pathways to BCBA licensure through tuition reimbursement programs
- 9Adapt to flexible scheduling with morning afternoon and evening shifts
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 3 weekday afternoons availability 3:00–7:00 PM
- 2High school diploma or GED with active CPR and First Aid certification
- 3Ability to pass background check and maintain current certifications
- 4Physical stamina to lift 60 lbs and engage in active floor-to-standing movements
- 5Strong communication skills with caregivers and ability to document progress
- 6Background in behavior analysis or related field preferred
- 7Valid RBT certification exam clearance required within designated timeframe
- 8Willingness to complete additional training and professional development opportunities
