What You'll Do11
- 1Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities including intelligent features assistants and modern integration patterns (e.g., MCP agent-to-agent workflows)
- 2Design and develop core features enhancing customer experience scalability and platform reliability
- 3Leverage AI-assisted tools like Cursor Claude Code and Amazon Q Developer to boost productivity code quality and testing
- 4Write high-quality scalable secure code meeting performance reliability and security standards
- 5Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues contributing to defect reduction and customer trust
- 6Collaborate across engineering product and design to build APIs user experiences and data models
- 7Participate in agile Scrum teams delivering incremental value in a fast-paced environment
- 8Explore and evaluate new AI tools libraries and approaches to enhance product capabilities
- 9Grow skills through mentorship code reviews and hands-on collaboration with experienced engineers
- 10Ensure delivered solutions improve product quality performance and customer experience
- 11Take ownership of outcomes with urgency following through on commitments
Requirements13
- 10-2 years of software development experience
- 2Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3Foundational knowledge of backend development using modern languages and frameworks
- 4Familiarity with frontend development using JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or similar
- 5Understanding relational databases SQL Server and exposure to NoSQL MongoDB Cassandra
- 6Cloud development on AWS including Lambda ECS S3 and AI applications using Bedrock
- 7Exposure to event-driven systems Kafka as a plus
- 8Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design debugging and problem-solving
- 9Interest in building AI-powered applications assistants or integrations
- 10Basic understanding of AI ML concepts LLMs generative AI or recommendation systems as a plus
- 11Exposure to Python or common AI/ML libraries as a plus
- 12Commitment to code quality testing and continuous improvement
- 13Effective communication in distributed team environments
