- 7Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, prioritizing safety and engagement.
Requirements7
- 118 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- 21 year experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- 3CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in early education or a related field.
- 4Pass state and company background checks and meet immunization requirements.
- 5Frequently lift, carry, or hold children weighing 10-40 pounds; occasionally lift more than 40 pounds.
- 6Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, and sit to participate in activities.
- 7Respond immediately to multiple or unexpected situations and emergencies with mental alertness.
