- 5Train associates on installation, maintenance, and documentation procedures
- 6Monitor productivity inventory and store cleanliness
- 7Ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards
- 8Drive sales initiatives and maintain professional appearance
- 9Supervise vehicle loading and transportation logistics
- 10Implement safety protocols for employees and customers
- 11Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic goals
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED or 3‑5 years leadership experience
- 2Valid state driver’s license
- 31+ year supervisory or key holder role
- 43‑5 years retail or service center experience
- 5Automotive experience preferred
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web applications
- 7Ability to lift 35 lbs safely
- 8Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather
- 9Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
- 10Commitment to work‑life balance
