What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and manage day-to-day activities
- 2Provide exceptional customer service with a positive approach
- 3Organize and transfer inventory from delivery trucks to appropriate locations
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures as required
- 5Process corporate directives including pull holds and task compliance
- 6Maintain promotional displays and order merchandise
- 7Handle damaged goods and process cash transactions
- 8Record keep payroll scheduling and cash deposits/receipts
- 9Protect company assets and follow safety guidelines
- 10Supervise and train store associates
- 11Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 4Experience in retail or grocery store management
- 5Familiarity with operational directives and schematics
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 7Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
