What You'll Do11
- 1Follows direction of the General Manager
- 2Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff
- 3Works in all departments and all theatre job functions
- 4Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions
- 5Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager
- 6Observes and participates in inspection of theatre building parking lot landscaping Cinemark property roof and exterior signage and equipment condition
- 7Reports need for building property and equipment repairs to General Manager
- 8Ensures theatre Team Members follow dress code
- 9Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures superior Customer service
- 10Learns and follows Cinemark’s Guidelines and enforces them fairly and consistently
- 11Reports all Employee relations issues to the General Manager
Requirements11
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2High School or GED graduate preferred
- 3Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
- 4Basic food handling training and required local or state certifications
- 5Availability for flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- 6Consistent attendance and energetic friendly attitude
- 7Excellent guest service and accurate cash handling skills
- 8Ability to communicate effectively with all ages genders and personalities
- 9Strong teamwork and independent work abilities
- 10Resolution conflict skills and physical stamina for frequent bending kneeling lifting up to 50 lbs
- 11Frequent standing walking and reaching around the theater
