What You'll Do11
- 1Be role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand
- 2Observe associate performance on selling floor and assist if necessary to make a connection or sale
- 3Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession
- 4Help associates make the most of each customer interaction by sharing specific actions to improve outcomes
- 5Ensure team is always on track to make goals and exceed customer expectations
- 6Own selling floor and ensure right people are in right place at right time
- 7Plan and execute local events that tie to community and fuel incremental traffic and sales
- 8Act in manner aligning with company values
- 9Communicate effectively and confidently
- 10Process information and operate store systems accurately
- 11Are available during busy periods including nights weekends and holidays
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 22 or more years experience with similar scope specialty retail preferred
- 3Concrete experience with technologies such as Python AWS React Kubernetes Spark Airflow
