The Assistant Manager will own daily operations at our Rolling Oaks location in Kissimmee Florida. This role provides a positive experience for staff and customers while leading by example. What You'll Do5

- 3Focused on product quality and Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
- 4Cost Controller: Setting pars for food beverage paper and eliminating waste pilferage
- 5Drive operational efficiency through proactive problem solving and team leadership
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Self-motivated with a friendly outgoing attitude
- 4Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- 5Experience providing excellent customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
