The AGM oversees a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and staff within a single location.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage inventory costs through daily weekly and monthly inspections and place receive orders
- 2Maintain asset inventory and ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment
- 3Follow cash control and security procedures such as safe counting and secure drawers
- 4Motivate team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate fast and friendly service
- 5Provide coaching and feedback to Shift Coordinators and staff to improve capabilities
- 6Direct operations for efficient product preparation and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines
- 7Uphold all operational and brand standards while performing duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed
Requirements5
- 1Minimum age of eighteen years
- 2High school diploma or GED required with two years of college preferred
- 3One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience with management experience preferred
- 4Understanding of profit and loss interpretation to influence profitability
