Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading logistics teams
- 35+ years experience with WMS systems
- 4Associate’s Degree in Business Logistics or related field
- 51 year supervisory experience or equivalent professional background
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- 7Experience with Open Door training programs
- 8Familiarity with Walmart Logistics platforms
- 9Ability to operate in a high‑growth environment
- 10Commitment to integrity and ethical decision‑making
- 11Experience with customer service metrics and satisfaction tools
