What You'll Do7
- 1Follow specific care plans and report completed tasks
- 2Assist with personal care including bathing and dressing
- 3Provide or assist in routine house cleaning meal preparation and laundry
- 4Transport clients to doctor appointments grocery stores and other essential errands
- 5Support self-administration of medications and observe client condition changes
- 6Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Medicare Medicaid and HIPAA regulations
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements9
- 1Must be 18 years old
- 2Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide
- 3Pass pre-employment physical examination and PPD before patient contact
- 4Ability to pass criminal background check
- 5Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- 6Nurturing compassionate nature with desire to care for others
- 7Work with limited supervision
- 8Follow written and verbal instructions
- 9Good communication and interpersonal skills
