Overview

You will own the daily operation and maintenance of business-critical enterprise applications for a national logistics and transportation company. This hands-on role ensures reliability and availability across TMW, Lawson, Workday, and Salesforce, supporting logistics, finance, HR, CRM, and warehouse operations. You will work on-site in Johns Creek, GA, alongside infrastructure, database, and security teams, and serve as the primary technical liaison for users and vendors. What You'll Do7

  • 1Monitor and maintain enterprise applications including TMW, Lawson, Workday, and Salesforce to ensure consistent system availability.
  • 2Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, system errors, integration failures, and performance issues to meet SLAs.
  • 3Support data validation, workflow troubleshooting, and business process improvements across enterprise applications.
  • 4Manage user provisioning, role assignments, access requests, and account maintenance in accordance with security policies.
  • 5Drive onboarding and training for users of logistics and enterprise applications.
  • 6Coordinate application updates, patches, upgrades, and vendor-recommended maintenance activities.
  • 7Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements8

  • 13-5 years supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment.
  • 2Hands-on experience with TMW, Lawson, Workday, or Salesforce (or equivalent ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, TMS solutions).
  • 3Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for application incidents.
  • 4Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy.
  • 5Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • 6Basic SQL querying skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • 7Understanding of application integrations, APIs, file transfers, and scheduled processing jobs.
  • 8Ability to manage multiple priorities in a logistics or transportation environment.
