Overview
The analyst establishes and nurtures profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients serving as the bridge between the bank`s offerings and clients` needs. This role involves managing client relationships to identify financial goals and risk tolerance while analyzing data from investment portfolios and cash flow to uncover trends and improve services.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage client relationships to align financial goals and risk tolerance with data-driven insights from portfolio and cash flow analysis
- 2Research industry trends and regulatory landscapes to provide strategic recommendations
- 3Design customized solutions using products from the bank`s portfolio addressing specific client needs
- 4Communicate value propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial terms
- 5Provide expert investment advice and support client decisions through risk management strategies
- 6Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics to evaluate relationship effectiveness
- 7Lead and supervise a team focusing on technical expertise development and resource allocation
- 8Partner with other functions to enhance product offerings and organizational strategy
- 9Escalate policy breaches and implement new procedures for risk mitigation
- 10Advise on decision-making within the analyst area and take ownership of operational risks
- 11Deliver work aligned with regulations while building understanding of sub-function integration
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams and developing technical expertise
- 3Industrials sector experience
- 4Professional licenses such as SIE Series 79 Series 63
- 5Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for financial modeling and presentations
