The Club at Longview seeks full-time and part-time AM Food Runner / Expo professionals to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves owning table setup and cleanup while ensuring Members enjoy a high-quality dining experience. Candidates must thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism during peak hours.
What You'll Do7
- 1Set tables and place appropriate tableware utensils and napkins
- 2Serve food orders accurately while communicating priorities and special requests
- 3Assist waitstaff with table preparation and food delivery
- 4Ensure food safety standards are met including proper temperature control
- 5Check-in with Members to take orders and refill water as needed
- 6Scale service operations during busy periods and manage multiple tables simultaneously
- 7Drive efficiency by optimizing workflow between kitchen and dining areas
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex customer interactions
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 45+ years constructing scalable automation solutions
- 53-5 seasons maintaining strict compliance standards
