What You'll Do9
- 1Develop value-added features tailored to company specific work beyond core cloud capabilities
- 2Research and implement suitable GenAI algorithms tools and technologies
- 3Explore new services and capabilities in AWS Google Cloud Platform and Azure to support GenAI and ML
- 4Enhance platform functionality with strong engineering expertise in AI ML and modern data technologies
- 5Architect and design end-to-end solutions at a component level
- 6Collaborate with partners in Enterprise Data Data Science Business and Cloud Enablement Teams
- 7Manage engineering tasks drive execution and optimize workflows with minimal guidance
- 8Provide technical mentorship and career growth opportunities for team members
- 9Review work of systems-level engineers to calibrate deliverables against project expectations
Requirements15
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or technical field
- 28+ years building and shipping software and/or platform solutions for enterprises
- 3Programming experience with Python
- 43+ years of experience with Terraform
- 5Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery Cloud Functions AI Platform API Gateway GKE/Docker
- 6Experience with AWS cloud is a plus
- 7Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Automated Testing Automated Deployments Agile methodologies Unit Testing and Integration Testing tools
- 8Experience with building scalable serverless applications real-time batch using cloud technologies
- 9Conversational UX/UI design chatbots and Human-Agent-Interaction HAI is a plus
- 10Experience with IR vector embedding Hybrid Semantic search technologies
- 11Knowledge of customization techniques across RAG pipeline stages model fine-tuning retrieval re-ranking HNSW product quantization
- 12Experience with embeddings ANN/KNN vector stores database optimization performance tuning
- 13Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks Langchain LlamaIndex LangSmith LangGraph Google Agent Development Kit
- 14Understanding of Generative AI Guardrails responsible AI adversarial attack mitigation and red teaming
- 15Foundational understanding of Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning
