What You'll Do9
- 1Build robust ETL pipelines leveraging Spark and Airflow to process large datasets
- 2Design and deploy NLP applications that improve user interaction
- 3Implement RAG architectures for efficient information retrieval
- 4Own end-to-end software delivery from design to production
- 5Scale infrastructure using AWS services to support high-throughput workloads
- 6Debug complex systems and resolve performance bottlenecks
- 7Drive automation through scripting and workflow orchestration
- 8Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality
- 9Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical roadmaps
Requirements10
- 15+ years developing Python-based systems with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons delivering production-grade software
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified credential required
- 5Java or JavaScript experience optional but valued
- 6Machine Learning fundamentals and deep learning exposure
- 7Prompt Engineering expertise for conversational AI
- 8Data engineering skills with RAG implementation experience
- 9Proficiency in unit testing frameworks and version control systems
- 10Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis with flexible scheduling
