Advanced Collision Experts Orlando seeks a Property Damage Lot Manager to oversee vehicle movement documentation and security at our Orlando facility. This full-time onsite role requires coordinating vehicle arrivals releases and inspections while ensuring compliance with insurance claim processes.
What You'll Do15
- 1Receive inspect photograph and document incoming vehicles confirming IDs mileage plates keys and damage
- 2Maintain accurate daily inventory of every vehicle on the property
- 3Organize lot to keep vehicles secure accessible and properly identified
- 4Coordinate pickups and deliveries with towing companies repair facilities insurance carriers and vendors
- 5Verify release documents before any vehicle leaves property
- 6Document insurance adjuster identities and purpose of visits
- 7Assist with vehicle inspections photographs scans teardown coordination and estimate documentation
- 8Monitor vehicle condition reporting leaks open windows missing parts or safety concerns
- 9Install crash wrap or temporary protective materials as needed
- 10Secure keys personal property and documentation for each file
- 11Prevent unauthorized access movement inspection or release of vehicles
- 12Communicate daily with case-management and administrative teams
- 13Track vehicles awaiting liability decisions inspections repairs or owner retrieval
- 14Maintain clean professional organized property compliant with safety procedures
- 15Assist with light facility maintenance and vendor coordination
Requirements11
- 1Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2Reliable transportation
- 3Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles trucks SUVs and damaged vehicles
- 4Strong organizational and documentation skills
- 5Comfortable using smartphones email digital forms and basic computer systems
- 6Ability to take clear vehicle photographs
- 7Professional communication skills with clients attorneys insurance representatives towing companies and repair facilities
- 8Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records
- 9Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 10Dependable punctual honest and capable of working with limited supervision
- 11Background check clearance
