Overview
Adjunct faculty teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at AACSB-accredited Rohrer College of Business. Classes run day and evening for 2,400 undergraduates and 145 master's students. This role supports a period of program growth. Instructors design and deliver engaging coursework in Glassboro, with up to 8 credits per semester. Candidates bring 5+ years of professional business experience and a master's degree. What You'll Do7
- 1Teach Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, covering topics like lean startup and business model design.
- 2Develop syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments that align with AACSB accreditation standards.
- 3Deliver lectures and facilitate in-class workshops, using case studies and simulations to apply entrepreneurial concepts.
- 4Evaluate student work, provide feedback, and assign grades in a timely manner.
- 5Hold office hours to mentor students on entrepreneurial projects and career paths.
- 6Integrate current industry practices and tools, such as business model canvas and venture capital frameworks, into the curriculum.
- 7Collaborate with program directors to adapt course content to evolving program needs.
Requirements6
- 1Master's degree in business or a related field.
- 25+ years of recent and relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or business management.
- 3Teaching experience at the college level is strongly preferred.
- 4Ability to teach in the day and/or evening.
- 5Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- 6Availability to start on September 1, 2026 and ongoing.
