What You'll Do9
- 1Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable payroll support and bank reconciliations
- 2Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- 3Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- 4Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- 5Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis activities
- 6Help prepare for audits and coordinate with external auditors
- 7Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations
- 8Provide financial analysis and reporting to the VP of Finance and leadership team
- 9Handle ad hoc projects and financial tasks as needed
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading accounting teams
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 4CPA certification preferred
- 5QuickBooks experience preferred
- 6Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
