What You'll Do9
- 1Build automated workflows for accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks
- 2Design and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- 3Reconcile balance sheets and conduct account analysis
- 4Prepare journal entries and support month-end year-end closing processes
- 5Assist with payroll management through Drake Accounting
- 6Contribute to governmental accounting tasks including tax reporting and non-profit functions
- 7Apply knowledge of debits and credits double-entry bookkeeping principles
- 8Ensure high data entry accuracy and strong mathematical skills for financial review
- 9Collaborate across departments to support audit processes
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in financial software applications
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 55+ years experience with QuickBooks
- 6Strong understanding of governmental accounting practices or non-profit accounting

$62 - $83k per year
