Account Manager - Valet & Parking Services - Towne Park
Overview
Manage one Tier 1 or 2 account ensuring financial guest and client satisfaction. Oversee scheduling tip reporting and timekeeping. Ensure accurate forecasts payroll and accounting reports.
What You'll Do11
- 1Understands and drives business metrics to ensure effectiveness high performance and compliance
- 2Improves financial performance and profitability of the account
- 3Manages scheduling overtime for associates under supervision tip reporting and timekeeping
- 4Ensures forecasts payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate
- 5Utilizes standardized business systems as developed by Towne Park and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- 6Actively engages in recruitment and hiring processes to select best people for the location
- 7Fosters environment that retains talented associates responds proactively to feedback and suggestions
- 8Recognizes great performance and provides opportunities for top performers to learn and grow
- 9Identifies talent and helps develop future leaders for the organization
- 10Conducts regular performance appraisals and provides feedback and coaching for all direct reports
- 11Holds effective associate meetings and ensures shift huddles happen on every shift
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3At least 18 years of age passes criminal background MVR and drug screen
- 4Associate’s degree preferred and minimum two years related experience or training
- 5Knowledge of general business practices including accounting human resources and customer service
- 6Must drive manual transmission
- 7Clean driving record for insurance purposes
- 8Physical demands include running standing walking climbing stairs balancing stooping kneeling crawling talking hearing
- 9Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
- 10Must push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
- 11Must push and pull wheelchair 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distances
- 12Work extended hours including evenings and weekends travel up to 10% may be required
