What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver instructional coaching to improve classroom practices
- 2Model effective teaching strategies through observation and feedback
- 3Support curriculum implementation using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- 4Analyze student data to personalize learning and address gaps
- 5Coordinate professional development sessions for faculty
- 6Maintain accurate attendance records and GradeBook systems
- 7Promote PBIS frameworks to create a positive learning climate
- 8Lead staff meetings and collaborate with school leadership
- 9Assist with state testing preparation and accommodation processes
- 10Oversee student recruitment and enrollment activities
- 11Provide ongoing support for instructional resources and technology tools
Requirements11
- 15+ years teaching experience in relevant grade levels
- 2Bachelor's degree in Education
- 3Valid Ohio teaching license and current background checks
- 4Proven expertise in curriculum design and assessment
- 5Experience with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports
- 6Strong proficiency in data analysis and instructional technology
- 7Demonstrated ability to coach teachers effectively
- 8Background in student achievement promotion
- 9Familiarity with curriculum mapping and instructional planning
- 10Experience supporting PBIS implementation
- 11Commitment to character education principles
Salary Insight
$55 - $62k per year
